Jane Elliott

Jane Elliott is the Principal Lawyer and Director of Elliott Law.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University in 2016 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Queensland University of Technology.  Jane was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018.

Prior to her admission as a Lawyer, Jane amassed over 30 years of experience in the legal industry in Queensland starting as a receptionist and quickly making her way to paralegal before deciding to become a Lawyer.

Jane focuses mainly on general conveyancing, project conveyancing, simple Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Estates.  Jane has worked with several property developers in and around the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich areas.  During her 30-year career, Jane also spent time working with an American law firm in Tokyo, Japan.
